Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LOQ pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and dust bags are included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original LOQ shoebox and shipping container, ensuring the footwear is protected and the soles are unmarked.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
